Everyone's complaining about it. I feel like its a lot more stable now and easier to kill with than before.
It could of had a large clip size but 18 is fine where it sits.
All the people that were using it are now complaining that its too slow to kill with.
Well I have to say "Get Good" ^^ |

I agree with you. It actually fills in the required role of the mid to semi-long range AR quite well. Sitting within the city walls watching a hallway or choke point while your squad pushes forward and giving covering and suppressing fire to allow your guys to move. I kept 3 heavies pinned behind boxes while 2 of my guys got close enough to grenade them yesterday, and it felt great. Ended up closing out that match with a score of 25-2. The gun still kills fine in its proper use. My two deaths were when I got flanked and couldn't murder death kill at close range like before. Love the change. |

I would have prefered seeing the damage reduced, and a bit of tweaking on optimal/fall off, instead of RoF.
For me the weapon is ruined as a medium-long range suppression weapon, which to me was it's original purpose.
Back to the Duvolle anyway. |

Naw killing power isnt the problem. The nerf didn't really affect cqc, I can still just ram people to death with it on hip fire. More frustrating is that at medium ranges it's garbage because you must sight to kill past 8m. At this point it's much easier to shoot with the gek that now has one sixth of the size of dispersion and just pop people in under 30 rounds.
I find it somewhat amusing that I can still mow down a shotty in cqc, but can't kill an ar down a hallway without risking suiciding myself by scoping and having a huge movement penalty.
So I guess long live the gek.
Also I find the lack of differential from glu to duv to be really weird, the damage difference equates to about an extra shot, with a whole lot of cost and fitting drawbacks. |

It still fits my play style and I can still kill with it pretty easily. I'm glad all the tourists are getting out of my niche. :P |
