well its a hard thing for them to enforce, at the very least i havnt seen any GMs or CCP taking steps to prevent it. |

If you are thinking about

Then you just have to see it as, each account your create is one license. Eg you as an individual need to get one license per account, you may not let your friend use your account. EVE has the same clause and if it meant one EVE account per computer CCP would kill themselves since there are so many people running multiple accounts.
To me it's just a fancy way of saying that you may not share your account. And ofc also to protect themselves so that they could, if they wanted to, ban all your accounts stating you are using the same machine for multiple accounts.
afaik every PSN account gets its own "license" so you're in the clear there really.
Just my ramblings all of this though, but CCP really has no incentive to stop us from having multiple accounts unless our goal is to abuse it in some form.

Even thought it would sound like a hassle when it comes to having only one account, we do have three character slots that we can share with others. |
