So what your saying is that not only are some of us still waiting for some undefined date in the future for our respecs, but that some of those that are waiting are just waiting to find out that they should have gotten it already and will likely have to wait even longer??
I know you said they would be rolled out in batches, but I don't think any of us thought you meant one batch every two weeks. |

ive been waiting since the 14th of may... over 3 weeks now... the respecs were supposed to hit at downtimes, and was mentioned at one point they would be announced at the individual downtime announcements. the only time a respec batch has been announced was the 28th... as far as im aware there has only been a single respec batch processed, as far as the announcements have gone at least. so i am confused to see a dev stating that we should file additional petitions if our respecs havent been processed...

also, a snippet from my currently open petition since the 28th when i had to figure out i was not included in the first batch of respecs due to some arbitrary FML lottery, GM Grave confirmed that it was odd that i was not a part of the initial batch due to the prioritization by date. Posted at 28.05.2013 13:57 by GM Koshka, "Although you are included in the next one, that we will take place very soon." this is getting a little frustrating that its been over a week now and 'very soon' has yet come to pass... |

Still waiting on mine as well. Been logging into the game each night after work to see if its happened yet just to be disappointed. Missing out on some serious boost to my class due to points being in the wrong spot. I was told the respecs were happening on the 31st. And then I was told they were happening days sooner than that, yet I have still seen nothing towards my character.
Now. I'm not sure what all I have missed. If there have been complications or what. I work 7 days a week and roughly get 1-2 hours of game time a night. So I don't exactly have time to browse around and find out what the heck is going on.
*side note: Two of my coworkers put in their respec ticket 2 days before the cutoff date and they both received their respecs* |

i would think that respec issues or investigations is more a responsibility of customer support, specifically GMs, though i may be mistaken. but im still waiting since the 14th as well so i know your pains...
for the guy who said he doesnt get much time, ive posted all the extended downtime announcements in one of my replies, its got the TL;DR for most of them. |

To GM Unicorn, it would appear that there is not only confusion here on the forums, but within the CCP DEV teams as well... if some sort of timeline could be identified within the DEV/GM teams in regards to this issue, even if its not publicly released, the various Devs and GMs could relay reliable information that is current... though it would be a lot less confusing for the player base if the tentative schedule for respecs could be posted as an announcement on the forums.
any sort of framework should be flexible, incase such events as the ISK *FEATURE*, or the DDoS over the weekend... but having the tentative schedule that can be adjusted as circumstances require would reduce the number of 'wheres my respec' threads and posts that myself and many other players have been making...
ive been waiting 3 weeks and some change for my respec, and have no idea whats been going on with them since none of the DEVs/GMs have said anything about when the next batches are scheduled for... and then i see a post like this from a DEV... my confusion and frustration levels have done nothing but rise over the last week... |

Been waiting since the 22:nd. Sent a follow up question on the 29:th since I suspected something might have gone wrong. Got a new automated confirmation that I was in line for a re-spec. Commented on that a few days ago and got a confirmation that "yeah, they are still to come". This thread makes me wonder though... |

Basically, whatever method they used to do the first batch of re-specs was such a huge pile of fail that lead to people who spent real money on this game actually up and quitting that they have to go back to the drawing board and make sure they get it straight this time. |

Submitted for respec a few days before the deadline, got my confirmation but still nothing. I understand that the DDoS attack screwed up somethings but some blanket statement from the GMs would be nice. I check every night after work to see if it's gone through but so far nothing. Any kind of timeline or more info on the respec que would go a long way to appeasing a lot of this uncomfortable rancor. Love the game and the hunt it provides but this ongoing delay and silence from the GMs/Devs is starting to turn me away. |

I for one have 2 sets of boosters running and i have been letting them tick down because i just log on now to see if today is the day i can reallocate my skill points. been waiting 30 days for a respec, 'soon TM' is getting a little old, like the 'first come first served' line that GM Grave was giving me till i proved him wrong on that issue as well.
i got told on the 28th, when i missed the first batch of respecs, that i was scheduled in the next batch which was coming 'very soon'. nice to know 'very soon' means 2+ weeks to CCP Customer support. |
