it might be weak but it's so fun to use as i can kill heavys in one shot kill weak tanks and kill scouts with the splash. so addicting. :D. |

How do you 1 shot weak tanks? It can't even 1 shot a militia LAV. For the negatives this weapon has, it should switch stats with the forge gun. |

just think of it as an OP mass driver with a 1 shot magazine. all the direct damage into 1 shot. |

i've played 10 games. so standard. but considering between standard and proto is only 150 damage difference. it might as well be proto. :D. |

As someone who counter snipes with and assault forge gun it's pretty funny to get a taste of my own medicine by some medium suit punk using a plasmagun. Very tempted to skill into them myself only they seem more a lulz weapon. |

My several deaths to you earlier make me want to disagree about a buff, but frankly it was a joy to be killed by something that wasn't an AR.

Back to the statement of the Plasma Cannon one shotting tanks may be related why some flaylocks are one shotting people with wall shots more often than foot shots. Either way I have been poking around to see if its a bug or intended.
I do know there is double dipping with direct and splash together but I think in rare cases splash gets counted more than once which has lead to some one shots of the LAVs in my own experience.
Either way I am looking into it and thanks for reminding me to poke a dev about it and how it all is worked out. |
