Amarr Assault suit gets heat build up reduction which is really good for the scrambler rifle. Minmatar gets a sidearm clip size bonus which is kind of silly unless you really like your submachine guns and use them as a primary. Caldari gets a reload speed bonus although standard guns already reload pretty fast. Gallente gets a CPU/PG reduction for hybrid weapons which may save you a little bit of space. |

I favor the Caldari suit over the Gallente, the fraction of a second you shave off reload speed can be a life saver |

Depends if you want shields (Caldari) or "tanking" armor (Gallente).

This essentially though you just kind of have to know what to watch out for in game.
Shields- Look out for Scrambler Rifles, Lasers, and Flux Grenades, Thermal based weapons.
Armour- Look out for Mass Dirvers, Flaylock Pistols, Locus Grenades, Explosive Heavy Weapons. |
