Um no. Fused grenade: contact based + powerful + best grenade to use + only available through real cash = Pay to Win.

Honestly the fused locus are actually somewhat balanced for one they explode on contact that includes everything around who your aiming at normal locus grenades do about the same dps anyway.
Remote explosives however are much more powerful +50 pretty much every time someone gets caught in it.
The flaylock in the right hands can be far more dangerous all you need is a flux and good aiming. |

I like pay to win because you can't pay to win. You are paying to use gear your not skilled for, and therefore will still get raped by me and my crew. Pay to Win feeds me isk. |

Doubtful, I kill nothing but AUR proto players, and my payout hasn't increased all that much. It seems to be bugged. |
