CCP lesion to learn people dont like being cannon fodder, i am going to do a full write up later but i think this whole event was misshandled to be honest and i hope CCP have learned what not to do going forword

I've run across a lot of Templars myself when playing as a Templar, though I've tried to leave killing them to others so they get the bonus. I personally think it's been a lot of fun to play as a templar. Yes, we didn't get a ton of SP, but if you allocate the 2,000,000 smartly, you can hold your own long enough to get in a couple of kills before going down. Do I die a lot too? Yes, but I don't particularly think it matters since it's not my main account. It's not like it's hurting my K/D ratio. Also, if I were essentially invincible then the hunters wouldn't get a chance at their bonus SP, so I understand why we aren't. I took this event as an opportunity to level up gear (scrambler rifle and repair tool) that I don't typically play with to learn whether I would like to use them in the future, and that has made it a pretty valuable experience. Edit: I guess I could have selected the Templar character from the post. Opps.

Im still logging in trying but this is not fun so im not expecting people with busy lives to wast their time with this event. it would have been far better for CCP to out right pick the players best suited and tell them your going to be walking target practice :) aimed at english:). im giving feedback not crying glad a few templars are having fun :). also we are not being hunted if you play like a templar just run around in started fits all weekend its the same thing

If they are complaining about it then they clearly didn't read the instructions and what they implied. What would of made this event better is, and im probably going to get yelled at here, if the Templar's didn't get a reward for this. That way people who signed up would probably have done it for the chance to be involved in the story of New Eden not just because they get a shiny prize at the end. That why i signed up. That's how the events are run in EVE, if you want to participate then go for it but you don't get a reward for it other then the chance to be recognized in EVE lore.

Please provide any additional details on what steps you took to identify the numbers of people agreeing it's flawed, and what exactly their issues were. In addition, you still have not specified, what exactly is flawed about it? That you're walking targets? If you had read the post by CCP Eterne on this event, you would have realized the specific rules and restrictions in this event for participants/volunteers, and this should imply that you would be hunted by all players who met you in pub games, and that you would have limited SP and ISK to build your character. In fact, to sign up for the event, you probably had to post 'I wish to hunt or be hunted'. In case English is not your first language and it's hard to understand the implications, then you could provide feedback such as, 'CCP should specifically state that the rules/restrictions put into place will make volunteers a walking target for XXX reasons' Your feedback consists of 'This event is **** and CCP should feel bad about it, L2EVENT'. That is NOT feedback, that is crying.
