I have 10 mil SP and have a pure assault suit, that's what i like to do and it is fun. MY question why is a militia taking me out in 4 shots? yes head-shots and multiple people can shot me dead quickly, this isn't the case. The AR's were Nerf and so will more weapons... soon will a weapon of just throwing a rock be included? Yes, i am little upset and i love CCP's work and will continue to play, but why is the change were SP doesn't seem to be worth anything. I know the goal is to let new players play and fit in, but then why all these people who spent money and time in the game be told thank you but it is there turn to own. Some times there are just bad matches, and sometimes you have good ones, but lately only militia and sub-machine guns have been killing me, but the TAC AR doesn't.... I would think that SP would be able to have some sort of an advantage over militia gear. I know there are changes and i know they will be fixed, what i think all these changes are too much soon we will be really close with no damage unless you have militia gear. I am just upset seeing my hard work being re-placed and curious if the direction for new players will increase and beta-players will be lets only with SP...So is this just server issues or something being looked into, cause i don't know what to think at this point being nothing but assault. Thank you |

I know what it is what what is the point? Militia gear seems to take 700+ hp out in 4 shots and 5 clean shots against the other player does nothing...that's my point. |

I go 20/7 on average....the last 1 1/2 weeks after this update has been brutal... i have looked into the mouse and keyboard issues and i know the servers suck with respond.... But when is this going to end and allow skill over server issues begin... |

This is literally impossible with a Militia Assault Rifle. More bullets are hitting you then you think and perhaps the lag is disguising them.
It honestly sounds like either Lag or Packet Loss is screwing you over, what with the "five clean shots do nothing." |

EVE SP has nothing to do with EVE, a new player can setup his skill queue and go wail on some NPC's for weeks, he doesn't get SP for killing in PvE. He could also choose to go PvP and hope to fleet up with a decent group of people and get some kills, but that doesn't mean he suddenly gets SP for that either and so doesn't advanced his skills (although gains personal experience of the encounter).
Dust SP is nothing like EVE SP, you don't get to choose your fights, there is no PvE mode to grind for SP or anything. To advance in dust you have to grind, which means pub matches, which means going up against vets without a choice.
I'm tried of the EVE/Dust SP comparisons, they are not the same. |

I understand that dust is a lot different because i do play eve, But it is like i am hitting a ghost... but they can hit me... and to the not a one man team...i run in full squads and they also get ran over next to me and are having the same issues...like i said i think it is a favor in the servers, i'm just not to sure yet. |

Maybe they have a 10 mil sp assault character too but choose to use militia because it's cheaper. Militia gear is Standard gear with only minor drawbacks (takes a little more cpu & pg, slightly less ammo in clip, slightly longer reloading time, etc..) and is somewhat cheaper. |

Yup as an Omni-soldier I have to deal with prototype players all the time in my militia gear, I am very glad bullets still hurt quite a bit regardless what sort of gun shoots them. I mean a BB gun has a chance of killing someone (though albeit low.) |

I think idiot. Even with moderately good skills invested, I still go 1/10 in militia fits. But in my advanced fit with tac ars and complex shield extenders, I wipe the floor with militia users, and I still don't do as well as you. Count yourself lucky and skilled. Just because you die once to a militia user who might of had skills invest, might just have been using a militia ar and advanced or proto everything else, or might of been right behind you and you didn't notice, doesn't mean militia gear is OP. |

Dang... This guy got shot down. And he deserved it. The new players in this game, while still needing a chance (hence the guns and armor and not rocks and togas) need to get used to the brutal combat of New Eden. The intro video itself says no matter how good you are, you will die. |
