Every single time this game really f"cks me up, someone from this corp is involved. The cheating is so blatantly obvious.
Rumors of Lag Switching, turbo controllers and re-Flex's OP reflexese is one thing, but now they have gone too far.
Now they have found a way to make people get kicked out of games too. I even got proof. I need my nerdmate to show me how to loadup the screenshot picture and stuff, but what I got was this: from CCP themselves not least, rigtht at the moment of disconnecting, a message saying:
"You have been kicked due to an internal error" blah blah
- Stop it guys, its not cool. |

Turbo controllers are something I hear about people using, along with tacs (root of the problem ccp just needs to have the rate of fire caped).
Other stuff, no idea what is is, or how it can be exploited. Not sure how you can exploit lag,most teams spend great effort to avoid it, including reseting box 20 mins before match, and in case of having loading problems, reseting the box again.
Faced some guys multiple times that use a dropship to get to the top of the map with a city with forge guns, and that locks the game down for them. How I can't hit them back seems realy annoying, thats likely a exploit. |

CCP's Tranquility server does all of the calculations rather than the client and cross references the data for any inconsistencies rendering any attempt to lag switch practically useless. |

Now as for the subject at hand, forcing players to DC, I did have one wild paranoid moment I thought it had happened to me after stealing a teammates LLAV after he was gunned down but I thought I was being paranoid

SI running it's A team crazy? I took some time off PC for a bit to set my head straight. Meant to PC today but life came into play and chaos ensued.

Still an exploit when you can replicate it. And yes, you can replicate it if you want. Just go in certain points of the map and your drop uplinks will be automagically undestroyable |

Yea I agree it's crap, but how is that the player's fault? This happens sometimes when I drop an uplink... i honestly don't see it as cheating, EVEN IF another corp does it. To be fair, nearly every single PC match I've played I've seen enemy uplinks do this in certain areas of the map...I guess that makes you guys cheaters too huh...go figure. |

Keyword there. Lag switches are possible on any game that goes over a wired connection. For those of you who so adamantly protest that it can't be done, go do your research on them. lag switches in P2P servers lags everyone...
lag switches in dedicated servers ONLY lags the user of the switch, which eventually leads to loss of connection to server. |
