For a feedback/request section the actual back and forth between players and devs here is fairly disappointing.
Looking back over the first last pages of this section there are only about 41 threads that have any dev posts included. That comes out to approximately 1.5%. Even if you assume that 75% of those 100 pages are people requesting nerfs or repeating the same questions over and over that only bumps you up to about 6% interaction.
It's not as if I'm expecting to see much here, at most some stock "this goes against how we want the game to run" "this isn't possible with how the game is set up" "we're working on this" "we have no plans to implement this" etc every now and then would at least give people the illusion that their suggestions might get even a cursory glance from someone. |

This is where the CPM needs to be active. I understand there are a ton of different topics sprouting up day after day and like us, the CPM members are players, but they need to bridge that gap between player and developer as best they can. For every well articulated point that would greatly benefit the entire game as a whole, several superficial ideas get higher priority. Its not fair for those who have valid suggestions that the entire community could benefit from when there isn't a sufficient filter in place. |

There's a general lack of activity in this section lately, not just Devs/CPM. The suggestions are more often than not of high quality and discussions tend to be a dream compared to GD. But things are just moving so slowly around here.
Maybe if the Devs showed more presence, even if it's mostly "soon(tm)" people would cease their flamefests and come here to discuss proper solutions.

Also, keep in mind that E3 is around the corner and they're rumored to be working on the next expansion. I don't blame them for the extended radio silence, but we could use some dev blogs like we used to get in closed beta just to give a glimpse of what they're working on. |
