Mine has updated info at the bottom that I believe may help me get this problem fixed, also may help lots of other players get a fix as well, do I need to open another one. I'm still awaiting a response, I do not know what to do, but id like to play and currently have boosters active that I paid good money for.
Any suggestions here people of the forums? I need some kind of notice. I feel i'm not being heard, or that i'm awaiting a response to a ticket, that very well may never come. If I spam the forums I'll get banned.. thats no help. If I await a response to my ticket but it is not not gonna get read again.. that also is no help. What possible steps can I take here to get my case heard. Please ccp read my updated ticket, and people of the forums, I am accepting all advice on this matter. If this is about the respec, you should've gotten a ticket saying that "This account has been flagged for a respec." After that, you have to play the waiting game. I haven't gotten mine yet and haven't found any info on when they're doing the next batch either. |

It is about getting past the patch notes screen, after getting an insane kick back to there at the end of a match while playing, and oddly not being able to get back into the game. And then spending countless hours, doing what I was told in my ticket which obv had nothing to do with what happened, and then posting info that has yet to be looked at. (This all includes contacting sony, restoring my ps3 back to factory, and sending ccp every bit of the info I have seen thats been asked for in any thread) Currently no response. |

Try re-installing, that might help. If not, you have to be patient. I've filed tickets back in February and by the time they got back to me, they weren't even relevant anymore because of hot fixes. |
