Is this skill supposed to effect CPU cost like it says in game? The mobile CRU takes 20 CPU and 160 PG if this isn't a typo, it should be changed to PG. It's currently impossible to fit on a logistics LAV whereas with a proper reduction one could fit it at the cost of some tank (which I think fits perfectly with your philosophy) |

wait really? Im dumping untold SP points into fitting this on my LAV.. And ya I was wondering if this was supposed to be how it works.. |

It affects CPU, making it useless to train to even level 1. A cru can fit on an LAV with the right fit fyi. |

Thanks for the clarification. I'm guessing you're using an LAV with more than 2 low slots. |

No, 2x Local Powergrid will do it on a saga or better. |

Caldari Logi LAV has terrible PG. Just decided to bite the bullet and get the Gallente version, fits fine on there. |

Bump with supporting the suggestion this skill be changed to lower PG usage instead of CPU usage. |

There are several skills that seem to lower the wrong one out of CPU and PG - I think CCP need to go through every skill and just check that it's actually useful and serving its purpose. |

No, seriously, THIS. I think there are a LOT of things that CCP just kind of threw down in a rush, particularly with new skills, and didn't really ask themselves first of all, "Does this actually DO anything?" (Yeah, I'm looking at you too Precision Enhancement and Range Amplification).
3% reduction from 20 CPU? Clearly someone borked the numbers or the stat and one or the other got reversed. Probably the skill itself should be a PG reduction and the CRU has the correct stats, though I really couldn't say. The usage relationship o f 160 PG and only 20 CPU doesn't seem to coincide with any other equipment or module of any type anywhere.
The CRU is defintely something unique but where it is at the moment, particularly in relationship to it's relative skill, is all kinds of wrong. |
