Obviously it is not CCP intention to make the game unplayable, as hard as that is to believe for some, CCP will solve this.

Support ticket or not, you should remain at -145 million ISK. You knew the consequences of using it up, and you knew CCP was taking it back. If somehow you managed to evade this knowledge, then let that be a lesson to you to check the forums for important information regrading the game you are playing.

what about those of us who respected and thought they got sp and isk back?

Question to you:

Suppose you have a bank account which has a total of 1000$ deposited into it. One day when you check on your bank balance, you suddenly see you have 100,000$ in your account, with nothing being shown in your transaction history to hint on how you got this money. The bank has sent no notification about it either, so you decide to buy yourself lots of expensive clothing, furniture, electronics and a nice car on top of it.

After a few days, the bank sends you a mail explaining that there was a glitch on the system so you had more money than you actually had, so they are taking it back. Whoopdi doo, you have just spent 99,000$ of money you did not have, so do you blame the bank for making a mistake, or yourself for not even trying to find out how you got that money and decided to just spend it anyway?

No amount of crying changes the fact that you spent money you were not supposed to have, and the only person to blame is yourself. Sure, CCP may have screwed up slightly, but again you do not spend money that has suddenly appeared on your account for no explanation at all.

Regardless, enjoy your lifelong debt.

EDIT: And if you really want to know, yes. I spent my own ISK aswell when I noticed my wallet balance was 104 million ISK. However, I donated it all to the corporation, so even if they were going to take it back, all it would need is a simple mail to get me back to positive balance. It was a calculated risk.
