I'm curious because there's a lot of internal management and customer service advice posts and I think it would be nice to gather all that advice under one thread with relative experience, solvency and product invention described so they know who's a armchair whiner and who can back their advice with success
After the ISK debacle I'm sure we can all do with a good laugh. |

I run a very small business, if you could even call it that (I make less than $250 a year with it).
Things I've learned:
*Be polite to the customer.
*If the customer is dissatisfied, try to make them happy in a way that does not lose money.
Common sense is sort of funny, right? |

I remember when the good players used to have constructive posts. It's a shame we used to sit their with our crystal balls and foretell of all the CURRENT ISSUES with the game while the EVEtards said everything would be fine and this game is EVE and blahhblahhblahh. |

answer he is not...and furthermore if you dont play the game and you dont experience the way things are turning out how can you ever hope to effectively fix issues. you certainly cannot take the word of the community because they're are people who know nothing of what they say. for example i was just accused of cheating because i killed some scrubs soma with 2 lai dai packed av nades...now that scrub was crying to me and he will likely cry to ccp ..and they may even listen to him and nerf something that doesnt need to be nerfed. people get on these forums and qq about one thing or another but most of them are not qqing about something they have maxed out with skills. ccp needs to either learn to listen to those who know what they are talking about...and ignore those who dont...or maybe they should pick up dust and see for themselves. |
