everyone knows that ccp messed up a few days ago and when they did the first wave of sp respecs they gave everyone a bunch of isk by accident, but did ccp man up and say we messed up so enjoy the isk. no they turned around and took the isk and left alot of people in the negative balance so that now they cant buy anything in the market unless they earn that isk back.
now for most people that ended up with very low negative balance can usually get that back up fast, but for the people that ended up with very high negative balances now will end up to the point where they have to run starter fits to be able to earn isk back so they can restock.
the free isk that ccp messed up and gave to everyone hurt no one by letting us keep it. its not like you gave anyone free aur that we have to spend real money on, that everyone would understand about taking that away, and im sure everyone wouldnt mind giving it back.
instead of paying your employes to fix a simple mistake of giving out free isk by accident why do you pay your employes to fix the things that are messing up this game, i.e, the tac ar's, they lag issues with planetary conquest, the random spots where you get stuck in the ground and cant move, and the rest of the stuff that makes everyone want to quit playing this game.
ccp you have a great game here so don't go making your gamers mad by making a mistake and then punishing the gamers because of it, that is the best way to driver the gamers away instead of drawing them in.
if i was just starting the game and i heard that ccp messe up and gave everyone free isk by accident it would make me feel like sticking with the game because i would see that the devs and gms aren't going to punish the gamers because of a mistake the devs and gms made |

Meh. People shouldn't spend excessively with money that just "appears". This is especially true about managing to spend more money than you had before that in the course of 2 days. It just screams "not-smart" or trying to milk an exploit/mistake before it's fixed.
In other games where people were able to "exploit" experience gains, or what have you - players exploiting just wound up banned.
Everyone that's negative now still have whatever they chose to buy - and if it wasn't gear that can actually sustain them for awhile... wow, doubly "not-smart". CCP fortunately was generous enough to give everyone free fits with their account.
So, you can play matches to earn back what you basically "bought on credit", and that's an opportunity no one else gets. Think about it: no one that didn't splurge on ISK that wasn't theirs got to buy on "credit". These chosen few have crossed the threshold as the first Dust users to have ISK on credit.
Now they just have to pay down their credit debt, but WAIT - can CCP be MORE generous than to give them free credit lines? Yes, yes they can. You can pay back your debt interest-free, forever. That's right. You got to spend millions of ISK with no credit check, and you can pay it back with no interest.
If anything, it's the people that AREN'T negative that should feel sad. We didn't know we'd have such an awesome opportunity. |

im -160mill but i bought a bunch of stuff i wish i wasnt negetive but it happens so ill deal but it wold be nice to for them to live with there mistake like we have to but it wont happen and im ok with it |

You know, in real life... if your bank account suddenly floods with $$.. You can get in trouble if you spend it. Because you didn't earn it and they are going to want it back.
Silly you for saying. Oh well they need to man up, when in real life the exact same thing happens.
And I bet for a fact if you wrote a check for $1,000 instead of $100, you would be taking that money back! There wouldn't be any, "oh well... my bad. I messed up. I'll take the loss."

every single tread I read about ISK do not mention THAT YOU CAN PETITION CCP TO SELL BACK ASSET YOU BOUGHT in the last days that was not used to help you get closer to positive isk |
