I just sign on,CCP never gave me my respect and told me my petetion was closed. Today they took 210mill isk from me and I didnt have that much to begin with and now I am -140,000 million isk and can't buy nothing and they took away my assest's. So CCP made it to were all I can do is use starter pack's. |

Respec is happening in batches so just be patient
As for the isk its your own damn fault for spending all the bug isk in the first place, especially when they said they were going to take it back |

There is always the Merc pack and Vet pack and elite pack.
Though trolling aside, I believe they will investigate this and help you. Just open another ticket in a day or so. |

It's not my fault I had 60million isk I earned on my own and now I'm -140,000 million when they didnt give me any isk or a respect. |

i was last day's smiling, because all that guys in that proto suits and guns, burn so much isk the last to day's. today there is the pay out for that. our own fault, so del or play with miliz to get money, some guys only need to lern the hard way! |

Instead of general whining, try the following:
1. Go to Technical Support/Feedback forum. (Using the right subforum helps, generally)
2. Create a post, title it: CCP, Negative wallet, no overspending (This may or may not work, but it helps the reader identify the target audience and issue at a glance).
3. State your problem, beginning with:
a. How much you had in your wallet at the start, and how much ISK you received due to CCP's error
b. How much you spent and what you spent it on, including donations, if any
c. What your current balance is.
d. Additional details, such as if you received the SP respec yet etc.
4. Wait for an answer, bump if required, please limit to 1-2 bumps a day.
5. ????
6. Profit
