This looks like a nice news, hearing FW caplsuleers talking positive on mercs' impact in their FW wars for systems.
If only CCP starts working more for FW DUST-side, so we get more incentive to play it... Better rewards, Loyalty Points and faction stuff in maket, etc.
As on now, when there are no PC battles on, I still rather go for a round of Domination than a FW battle.
Hopefully they do something, soon... |

No no, only bad thing about FW via dust is 90% of our FW contains scrubs... The other 10% are corps that rarely join FW...

But it would be nice is the dust players got a reward : ( the eve players get bonuses to systems, and LP to buy special faction ships. More LP more killing enemies based on system control.
We just dirt man : ( |

Guess we will have to wait for it. Maybe all the way until next (or after the next) expansion hits us.
As we could get from various sources, the art department is biggest bottleneck in DUST production, and as we don't have a clue when will the rudimentary stuff like full racial sets of all dropsuits arrive, it is only logical to conclude FW and it's rewards are at least 4-6 months away, if not longer.
Hopefully they could give us LP system as soon as possible, just to create said incentive for us mercs to play FW and then slowly add stuff as it is created to market/LP store. |

While its nice generally roll into any FW match with 6 organized guys and you win because you tend to be playing randoms 99% of the time
Ther is no incetive to play FW unless you have an EVE toon in FW but DUST side ther is nothing, not even bigger payouts and the LP store may never come into play either |

Heh I'm working with a few others to get a dedicated amarr Fw unit up and running along with central comms the other sides best get organised because the amarr are taking the tranning wheels off :-) |

Will you actually be fighting for the Amarr side or joining the Matar side to take up slots and sabotage. Devs should decide how to handle the fact you can fight for either side without actually joining the militia.

I am in the process of setting up a public channel for anyone who is intrested in Fw (just need an EvE guy to do it so it can be moderated) also I'm happy to take anyone who is intrested in Fw into my corp alt or otherwise. I run squads every night I'm on :-).
Drop me a mail if u want more details also if ur EvE fw player drop me a message on any offensives u launch so I know where to focuse my efforts.
