This is an advanced level tank that costs over 1 million isk by itself. And what do we get? An extra module slot and lower CPU/PG (depending on race)? Sure you can skill into the enforcer skill, but #1 their fairly small percentages, #2 it requires it's own pool of sp; if the enforcer alone increased the stats it would be different, but the extra sp separates it from the tanks actual worth, as its not a required part of the tank. #3 the bonuses are only for a certain weapon depending on race.-á
The enforcer HAV has largely reduced acceleration, speed, and base HP. -áSo... what's the point? I say give it higher base HP and much higher PG/CPU, and finally lower the skill multiplier for the enforcer HAV skill.-á |

The reduced acceleration bugs me. I was roughly in the middle of the map with my Falchion, on the edge though, when I see an enemy Madrugar come out of his redzone. Because my missiles can't auto correct to the Madrugar, I start running for my redzone. I'm sure you guessed it, the Madrufar caught up to me and ripped me apart with its blaster, and my missiles only scratching him.
Not only is the acceleration on enforcers slow, shield HAVs in general are slow. If armor can tank more and is faster, how are we supposed to fight this uphill battle?
In EVE, shield gets the burst tank while armor gets the slower and steadier tank. Why is DUST the opposite? Keep speeds the way they are, but make shield boosters more effective than armor reps. The Surge Shield Reinforcement's much shorter active duration suggests burst tanking, yet shield boosters are incapable of that while armor reps can rep up an armor HAV from 0 to full health in seconds. |

plain and simple they messed up the balance on HAVs and the only reason why I usually win is because of better tactics and catching them off guard from behind with their turret facing away and it is barely covers the massive gap need for a shield HAV needs to beat a armor HAV at all ranges even rail gun ranges. |
