Some simple ones that I dont think would be horribly game breaking
- Increase clip size, single shot with a charge up is ridiculous
- Add a plasma burn DOT effect for direct hits, something like 200 damage over 10 seconds

I like the D.O.T we can leave exact numbers to CCP. Assault variants if made can carry 2 shots with no D.O.T and the regular plasma cannon can have a slight dmg or blast radius buff with the D.O.T.

Or remove splash damage and add a burning field on the ground (5 m radius minimum). Oh I would love that when defending points or defending confined spaces. This would be a small feature that would make this weapon quite significantly different than a MD. |

Got 4 dmg mods on my proto in caldari fit and level 5 proficiency.... I am oneshotting proto caldari logis with splash(around 500 dmg to shields). I DO NOT think this weapon needs a buff lol. |

It's mostly the fitting requirements that are keeping me from using this weapon. There's nothing wrong with there being a anti-infantry and anti-vehicle support hybrid in the game that does both but isn't the best at either. The fact that the standard plasma cannon completely drains the CPU grid on a standard suit however is crippling. |

Use gallente suit. -5% to cpu usage per level. |

They just need to fix the damn reload/misfire bug... It-¦s getting me killed quite alot. |

Dropsuit Electronics + Enhanced CPU module in low will fix this, even on a shield tanking suit. |
