After waiting all day yesterday, hearing that everyone in Zion who filed for theirs got it, even some who requested it days after me and I still haven't gotten mine.
Just curious if this is normal and others are having it, if my account just got overlooked, or I'm just really impatient.
If it helps, I was online for the majority of the time people reported they got theirs.
Anyways, thanks for any responses! |

I havnt gotten mine either.i get a email from ccp saying my petetion has been closed thank you for asking for a respect...i never got mine so i sent them another they reply we have closed your petetion because you already gotten one..ccp you suck i never gotten mine |

I filed my ticket around the same time as you and i checked a couple hours ago and have not received my respec yet so you are not the only one. I also still have the extra ISK which hasn't been taken back out of my account.
A friend of mine also submitted his ticket about 5 days later than me and received his already. I'm not impatient but just a bit worried as they said in the announcements that the respecs should all be completed by now.
I'll wait till tomorrow and hopefully its sorted by then. |

I figure since they still need to take the extra ISK out there still has to be some processing sweep of my account so hopefully the respec happens then. Its just annoying to see that my support ticket is closed when nothing has happened yet.
It does say this though for anybody who hasn't read it yet:
"Those players who have registered for a skill respec should now have received their skill points along with ISK refunds for skill books that have been removed. Should players have any issues after restarting their game client then please file a support ticket at the link below:

Their were some updates in that thread as well about a live fix but that was yesterday.
