My thought on Drone Concepts:
Drone A
Drone B
Drone C
Drone D
It was hinted, at least as a concept (Gallente) of having blue Ai, and lets be honest having a little sidekick buzzing around your head would be pretty cool, let alone releasing a swarm to get at those hard to reach places (snipers on roofs im looking at you).
But what are your opinions on blue AI ? what is your visions of a drone you would want at your call?
Your own R2- you send to hack a point while you cover?
Floating bombs?
Giant killing machines with lasers on each or its 15 legs?
Personally i think drones would be better vehicle mounted (drone pod?) new class possibly, helping to defend dropships, giving assists to pilots.... Maybe you take personal command of the drone and use your vehicle as a command module?
Quite a lot of possibilities

I'd rather some form of UAV type affair, and not the ****** CoD UAV DISPLAYS PEOPLE ON RADAR LOL, some kinda scout ahead flying drone that would take up the secondary slot, when in use, the player sees the camera, and only the camera, upgradable with some form of Light MG.
OR, floaty machine gun drones that can be equipped on Tanks, OR Shield Drones that can be equipped on players, activated using R2 with a limited time period, that can be knocked out by Flux Grenades. (Ala Tau Warhammer 40k) |

Armor and shields and speed.
Flying or land based...
How many you can have...
