I don't know about many of you guys but pretty much all the tanks i have lost were destroyed by orbitals, and let me put it this way for every 5 orbitals dropped on me one destroys my tank(Difference between Warbarge and Hybrid?). So i suggest CCP makes it where Bolases swoop down and put my tank up on a hill or something when im attacked from space fire immediately!!! Oh, and my tanks shield armor and cost: "Caldari Gun" Shield 4485 ,Armor ~3600, Shield resistance ~25%, Armor resistance 4%, Cost 485,000. Lose one every 8-10 battles not worth the investment especially when I only make roughly around 200K to 300K per battle. Stick to dropships, they last longer. |

LOL... Throwing down orbitals are fun, we tankers hate when orbitals are called on us, but the thing is- Tanks are the most powerful man killing machine on the field... There has to be a second resort to tank your ass down right. If those AV nades or Swarms/ forges are doing much.... Am I right |

Also, the difference between them is that a Hybrid attack is from someone playing in Eve.

Not anymore, realized if in convoy of 3 tanks with full support of foot soldiers you can survive through several rounds. I usually like the convoy to have one of each tank Rail gun,Blaster and Missile. |

So let me get this straight - you like dominating a match without there being an effective counter to your actions.
Orbitals are desgined to be area denial and take a lot of work to earn. They are meant to be a reward for strong teamwork, and are spaceships firing on a planet's surface. Given that the guns on these ships are strong enough to take out other ships that are about 5 times as large as your HAV, there is no conveivable way that your "tiny" by comparison vehicle should be able to stand up to a concentrated high damage attack. Your logic if flawed, and you are upset that you lost something. Just because you got beat doesn't mean it's overpowered. |

Eve pilots are risking up to a 20 million isk ship and up to a half billion isk clone to destroy your 2 million isk tank and this ship can die MUCH quicker and more assuredly than your tank can. |

I had a tanker tell me he was easily averaging 15 matches or so between tank losses. Thars GOLD in them thar treads! |
