I got my respect but for some reason you wiped all of my ISK and AUR instead of refunding it.
I Can't purchase anything or sell my assets, I need my ISK and AUR back CCP! I had 77K AUR and about 7mil ISK and it's gone. |

Did you ask for 'Respec' or 'Reset' 
Subtle difference that may have been overlooked by some...
Edit: they would have refunded AUR for a reset, hmmm, odd. |

RESPEC I checked tons of times. If I said reset I'd have half a mil SP, I still have all 7mil SP and all assets but no money or AUR. They gave me a RESPEC but took all my ISK and AUR which that AUR I payed real world money for! |
