Many people poured SP into skills based on wildly inaccurate descriptions which is a completely sloppy and unacceptable state of affairs for a game release. I'll mention but not defend too strongly people's choices being wasted given by how badly CCP "rebalanced" the game in various ways. Point is, CCP can't "fan boy" their way out of this by going forum AWOL. They need to get out of the IRC chat rooms, man up and fix their screw ups. The player count can't afford many dips.
