I've never played much Blackops II zombies but I figured I would give it a try tonight. Anyways i'm having difficulties finding a match since i'm a total noob and all at zombies. Hopefully DUST PVE doesn't give rise to elitist PVE allstars that probably suck at PVP. |

I think the funniest effect PvE is going to have on PvP is sort of filtering more of the casual players out of the PvP pool, thus forcing people to actually play against people of their skill / SP level, and we'll see a lot of tears from those players who think they're good, but only look good because of casuals.
The top players will still stay the top players, some things never change  |

I both agree and disagree. While it will filter out GÇ£casualsGÇ¥, I think that you making that sound negative is not something I can agree with. PvP is not the be all, end all of how good you are as a gamer. Case in point: Mile High Club from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. That mission on the hardest difficulty is nigh on impossible, but I did it and so have many others. However, I often struggled to pull a positive k/d in the multiplayer section.
You really should account that not everybody wants to play or even likes PvP, I mostly don't which is why I usually stick to ambush OMS where there are usually less players (as I can also outsmart my enemies instead of being blobbed).
Point is: PvE will make this game into something everybody can play as long as CCP do it right. As long as the enemies are weak to begin with and get stronger the longer you survive, there will always be room for everybody wanting to play Dust. |

The PVE I am waiting for is the PvEvP where I can snipe unsuspecting mission runners just before laying the final blow on the big boss of their plex so I can loot it for myself.
