It would be nice to have a Notification Chime so that if I am not looking at the notification button during market browsing, I can be notified when I have a notification. Ironic right? Still, it'd be nice to know when I receive squad invites. |

Yes it is.
If you have enough chats notification is hidden. It's flashing also quite mild.
On many occasion I surf the netz and miss the invitation.
If someone is afraid of spam, make it and audio option.
BTW I was going to make a thread on this but nice that OP got it first =)

It doesn't have to be a burden.
It can be optional.
Also, out of all notifications,
SQUAD INVITES are the ones I want to have a 'ping' sound on them.
So many times I've been waiting for a reinv from sq in battle, and surfing on dust forums or doing fittings - without seeing the shy blinking of the notification box up there. Or, the box isn't anywhere to be seen because of too many chat boxes.... =F |

I thought this same thing. If someone's processing apps it could be brutal.
I'd support it only if you could turn it off. |
