It's on the EVE Store, it's 150USD/euro (VAT included), and comes with a bunch of awesome physical stuff (including a translated version of The Danger Game, the board game that CCP used to raise money to start the EVE Online project), and tons of cool digital goodies as well.
And yes, everything, including the digital goodies, come out in October (at the earliest). |

Yup, everything except the templar drop uplink are given out in October.
You should get the uplink pretty quickly. |

Well... you should be able to recoup the loss selling off the Eve goods on Ebay. Like the Nefantar Thrasher. I've heard it's worth a fair amount. |
