Is a getting this:
Hopped on today and was rolling around in my LAV, I stopped to fire a at somebody, trained the turret dot sight on the guys head, fired and the missile round landed on the ground about a meter in front of him... ?
I was flabbergasted for a second, then i thought nah it couldn't be. I had missed my opportunity on that guy, so I drove to a secure location to test fire the turret (AT-1 fragmented) and sure as sh!t the aiming on the turret was way off.
I'm not sure if I fired a missile turret yesterday, but I know for a fact that I fired one two days ago, and it was spot on the mark. So what the hell happend in the last two days?
I've only tested it in that one match but I am ging to be testing it again soon. Please let it have been just some kind of fluke. |

Accerated missiles are the most accurate |

Yes.
A domination match with the A on the bridge.
A tank got stupidly close to a turret on our side of the map so i hopped into to and began firing. Even though the tank moved away the turret kept firing at the same spot no matter how much i moved the turret, or tried to compensate for it or when i hopped out and hopped in multiple times.
I have also seen a turret firing at the same spot even though the nose was pointed at a 90 degree angle from where the impacts were going....lucky for me as the nose was pointed right at me. |

Like I said, I had no problem two days ago. Plus I could understand a little inaciracy, but I had the dot trained on the guy's head and the round landed a meter in front of him... ?! |

If you think that's bad try the large version. You can spend all day missing everyone or just barely scratching shields on a dropsuit. They're not much better when used against groups either. Same deal except you'll scratch 2-3 people's shields and MAYBE get a direct hit on somebody; that is if you're not aiming at the ground.
In my opinion all turrets are pretty bad now. I get kills by catching LAVS with my tanks hull easier than shooting the turret.
Forget the turret man. Run people over. LAV > Tank ...they can survive AV and orbitals now! |

I have also noticed a trend since Beta that any missile turret tends to shoot slightly in front of the target. You can compensate for this but I believe it's almost intentional to help you achieve "splash" dmg. Even the "dual" launchers that the tanks and stationary launchers use seem to do this to a degree. Back in Beta when missile's were the turret of choice I had a lot of experience with this and great success aiming slightly high to compensate. |

Its definitely difficult for anti infantry but then agin my missile tank has had a large amounts of bad luck vs my armor one, everytime I call it out there are 3 other tanks that pop up on the field to deal with me or a really good forge gunner. At least I know with blasters its my own aiming at fault in terms of damage on target. Missiles I havent had the experience enough yet to figure which. |

Dude I just went 20/0 on a large AT1 fragmented turret yesterday. I remember this because that was the last game I played last night. Has something changed since last night (i dont know; i havent driven a tank yet today) or is this just more off topic nonsense. |

Shooting the large missile turret is literally like playing the lottery the dispersion is so random. Sometimes you get lucky. I've had good scores like that, but not often enough. |

That is an average game if my tank goes uncontested by another tank, and the blueberries on my team aren't complete ftards. |
