I don't mind if it's an enemy tank. But a insta dying by crashing with one of your friendly tanks is very annoying. |

Well to be a realist it certainly won't Michael Bay and explode. I've seen an F150 t-bone an Abrams going about 20mph and didn't really do any dmg, didn't even blow the airbags. Blew the radiator and twisted the grill, but still drivable.
I think the system is pretty good now, it's still possible to grief your own team but you have to try really hard, not like when you kept getting killed by your own lavs, but it's just possible enough to not be abused. If that makes sense...
Sometimes it does seem like you can suicide at pretty low speeds though |

I just like how speed isn't accounted for much when you hit tanks. You can be going really slow and then boom dead. But really they need to fix the terrain glitches first. LAV's get stuck in the terrain a lot, and sometimes explode because of it. |
