It's not a clear picture really but it's basically just the battle finder merging with the corp tab somehow. I've had this a few times now, including a couple when the battle finder won out and it loaded that screen instead. Closing the tab doesn't always work and I had to give it a short time of 15 seconds to retry which seemed to solve the issue. |

Happened to me last night. It happens when you stand next to battle finder terminal (in the linked photo it is right behind your merc back) and simultaneously bring NeoCom, then select My Corporation and tap O. Tapping O triggers battle finder terminal and the corp window and battle finder window get mixed in the most funny way 
To end this just bring up NeoCom with Start button or L1.
EDIT:
Your real life quarters look slightly minmatar... Time to do some chores maybe?

I live in Hong Kong so big apartments are hugely expensive, so I live in a tiny flat of about 280 sq ft and so everything just ends up wherever there is space haha. |

I live with 2 kids. 5 mins after toys are put back in place, the mess comes back. Sorry, it became kind of a habit to be constantly on guard and watch after mess charging at you
