1. CCP has a 5 year agreement to Sony for the exclusivity, So my Question is After this exclusivity is over will Dust 514 be ported over to PC?
2. Now that we have the Spec's of the new PS4 CCP's first plan to get into the Console market was to port EVE Online over, So my Question is will CCP be able to accomplish there old dream of porting over EVE Online to the Console market? ( Preferably PS4)
3. After the PS4 is released we know Dust is going to Spend 3/5 years on the PS3, So my Question is will they port Dust onto the PS4?
4. My last Question is a bit more technical, So here it is if CCP listens to all if not most of my Question will i be able to play Dust on my PS4 and play with 2 other members in my squad who are playing on the PC and PS3/ If they were to port EVE Online to the PS4 will i be able to meet a friend in space on my PS$ whilst they are on the PC?

1. PC is a whole different market from consoles and Sony publishes quite a few mmos and shooters for pc, so CCP could port Dust to PC, thats if Sony gives them the green light.
2. It's a possibily that i'd like to see.
3. Dont know. I think I read an article on that somewhere
4. Dust and eve use the same server and were already in communication with the PC eve guys. Sony is pretty lax on 3rd party sevices. |

In my, rather humble, opinion. The answers to your questions are far too determined on outside factors.
For example.
How successful will dust be come ps4s release?
How quick will ps4 uptake be?
Will sony re-new the 5 year exclusivity if possible based on the player base of Eve, or based on Dust514?
I'm sure CCP can't answer your questions, until CCPs -AND- sonys internal questions are answered. |

1. I hope not, it would be detrimental to the game as it opens the doors to hacking and modding.
2. This is a tricky one. It's possible, but in the long run it limit EVE's capabilities due to console limitations.
3. Dust will most likely run on both PS3 and PS4 for several years simultaneously until the PS3 client is phased out.

Ok, I am going to try and tackle this -- I don't think it is as much technical as it is poorly written.
So, you want to be able to play dust on your ps4 -- if they release it for PS4 I am sure you will be able to do this.
You want to be able to play with 2 other people in your squad on different systems -- I assume that part of their support for these other systems would be a single world. So, if support comes to PC, and PS4, I dont see a scenario where you wouldnt be able to play with the other systems as their design goals seem to be pushing towards combining their player bases and not segregating them.
Same answer and assumptions for the last part of your EVE question. Combining and not segregating. |

What i don't want with Dust is if they Port the Game to other Platforms they don't go in the same direction as COD of BF3 Where you are limited to the console you bought the games on where the player base i split into different size portions i wouldn't like to see this i would like to see one Big players base no restrained E.g I love BF3 but when i play it i'm playing it with other PS3 owner i would like to see a game that unites all the other platforms to play with each other.
