They really don't understand how much they are being held back. There's no telling where we'd be as a corp if we'd made our move back in closed beta. I think the dude doesn't want to make an honest effort to get good because he doesn't want a spectacular failure like some of these other big corps that got pushed out of PC. So he sabotages any attempts by his members to get organized and trained. It used to be a fun atmosphere, I have no idea how it is now. I know there are a few solid players there that have no idea how much further they'd be just about anywhere else. It's not even funny to make fun anymore. Honestly people should feel sorry for the folks who still blindly follow him.
