Please correct me if I've got the expected behavior wrong, but it is my impression that if you have 1 level in Minmatar Assault, giving you a 5% bonus to sidearm clip size, and the Flaylock, you would be getting:
3 rounds x 1.05=3.15 rounds which would be rounded up to 4.
I am currently getting only 3 rounds on my Flaylock, which makes the Minmatar Assault bonus worthless on anything except the SMG.
Is the "correct" behavior that the clipsize be rounded up? Is this working for anyone else? |

For that weapon you would probably need to max out the suit in order to get it to .75 and then hope that they round up, but for them to round up from .15 to 1 seems a bit much for spending something like 49,760 SP in order to get another rocket. |

Well, that's basically my question. For whole number variables like clip size, at what point does round up occur. While I appreciate your comments, I have seen others claim that the round up happens once you go past the previous whole number, as in this case.
I'd really like someone to comment who actually knows.

Pretty sure it rounds up after .5, if not then definitely after .6. I know for a fact that CPU, PG, and some shield stuff round up, but I've never bothered to figure the exact amount. I always figured it was .5 like we're taught in school, and it hasn't caused a problem in all the math I've done. |

Get to skill level 4. Then you'll get your extra round in the magazine. |

The game does not round decimals, it just truncates them, meaning 2.5 will display as 2 but double this particular 2 will result in 5 |
