DUST University is looking for an experienced HAV operator to fill the position of Department Head in the Vehicular Combat Department. Department Heads in the Education Departments are part of the Faculty, not the Executive. Department Heads are not Directors, although in some cases the position may be held by a Director. Department Head is, however, a position of responsibility. Instructors and Specialist Instructors within the Department report to the Department Head. The Department Head reports to the Director of Education, Fox Gaden.
The Head of the Vehicular Combat Department is responsible for:
- Insuring that training is provided in their area of responsibility. This training may be provided by other instructors within the department.
- Providing a fitting and tactics guide on the DUST University Forum. A link to a good quality guide by another author is sufficient. Self authored guides may also be copied to the Rookie Training Grounds forum at the authorGÇÖs discretion.
- Make a thread on the DUST University forums to answer members questions regarding the DepartmentGÇÖs area of Responsibility.
- Recruiting and maintaining a roster of Instructors and Specialist Instructors.
- Appoint Instructors to the Specialist Instructor positions as needed. Specialist Instructors would be needed for LAV, as well as MAV and Speeders as they are released. Specialist Instructors are experts in aspects of the department that the Department Head is not as knowledgeable on. They field questions related to their area of expertise and may provide guides as well.
- Coordinate with other department for cross disciplinary training, such has teaching infantry how to properly support a tank.
- Make progress reports to the Director of Education (Fox Gaden) on a bi-weekly basis.

LAV Specialist Instructor
DUST University is looking for an experienced LAV driver who knows how to get more out of a LAV than simply using free LAVs for transportation and occasional road kill. We need someone who knows how to fit and operate a LAV to withstand AV attacks, and understands tactically how to make best use of a LAV on the battlefield.
The LAV Specialist reports to the Head of the Vehicular Combat Department, and is responsible for:
- Providing DUST University members with a Guide for LAV fittings and tactics.
- Answering questions regarding LAV fittings and tactics.
- Providing training as needed in the use of LAVs on the battlefield.
- Reporting activities to the Head of the Vehicular Combat Department.

DUST University is always looking for qualified Instructors in all Education Departments.
Education Departments include:
- Frontline/Assault Department
- Scout Department
- Heavy Department
- Logi Departmand
- Anti Vehicle (AV) Department
- Sniper Department
- Vehicular Combat Department
- Air Combat Department
- Research and Development (R&D) Department
- New Mercenary Orientation Department
If you have multiple accounts and you have a character in another Corporation, we ask that you disclose this to the Directors. As long as the other Corporation is not set to a negative standing by DUST University or the Ivy League alliance this should not be a problem. You will be asked to avoid situations where you would be at a conflict of interest. At present this would mostly mean not participating in non training Planetary Conquest battles against your other Corporation or Alliance. |

There are still Instructor positions available in all Education Departments. |
