Tried logging in today after downtime. It attempts to synchronize and then stops at 46% saying "Downloaded data files corrupt. Please try again later." Is this problem just me? |

I'm currently having the same issue on my Ps3 Slim, Data file updates currently unavailable. Please try again later. I will get connected and it starts the sync process and will error out at different %, I have rebooted my PS3, rebooted my router to have a fresh reboot of everything. Will update this if it changes for me.

So... I downloaded the client update after downtime 05/23 and then tried to log in and I'm getting the same error, except now instead of stopping at 46% it goes up to 46% jumps back to 44% and goes back up to 46% like 3 times and then gives me the "Downloaded data files corrupt. Please try again later." message.
I would really like to go back to playing this game CCP. Some help to do so would really be appreciated. |

I am getting an Error 80010017. Other games start fine. I deleted the game, did a safe mode restore, DLed the game installer again, it installed fine. I load up the game to hopefully patch up, I get Error 80010017 before I even get a single logo. |

I'm getting the "Data file update unavailable" error as well since the 23/05 update (Uprising 1.1).
Please let us know how to fix this CCP! |

I think I'm having similar problems. I tried reinstalling the game multiple times and even formatting my PS3, but I still can't simply log in to the game...I can download the updates fine, but when I start the game I always get stuck at the "Connecting/Attempting Login" screen. After a while it says "Data update files currently unavailable. Please try again later." |

So I sent an email to support and got a response the same day. Sent the information requested of me and then it all went quiet for the last few days. I'm just wondering if CCP is going to help me return to playing this game anytime soon. Please?
The issue persists in the same exact way constantly. With no variation still despite me having reinstalled the game once again from scratch. It's still exactly 46% when it stops and gives me the message. Please CCP it would be nice to return to playing this game. |

Hello,
Thank you for contacting DUST 514 Customer Support.
Please accept our sincere apologies regarding this issue. Can you please ensure that your PS3 is connected via Ethernet cable and not Wi-Fi
Also, could you please try the following? Delete the Game Cache To delete the cache:
- Game > Game Data Utility press triangle and delete the cache
If available, please delete the Saved Data Utility for DUST 514:
Game > Saved Data Utility (PS3)> select DUST then press Triangle on your controller and delete
If this still fails, please re-install the game itself:
Under "Games" on the XMB, hover over DUST 514.
- Press Triangle - Select Delete and confirm deletion
To reinstall:
- Select the "PlayStation Network" on the XMB - Select "Account Management" - Select "Transaction Management" - Select "Download List" - DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select "Download" If deleting the cache and reinstalling the game has not cleared your issue, then you might need to do a database rebuild. Please perform the following SONY instructions in the links provided. If this fails or you have further issues with the installation, you will need to contact SONY directly.

I'm beginning to grow a little concerned about the lack of Dev response to the fact that there are some people who are currently incapable of logging in to their game when everything was fine prior to now. There were issues, but at least we could get into the game, and none of the fixes suggested have helped. Also any other game I play mutliplayer is working fine. It's only Dust. |
