It's not clear if it's a partial or full rework of the tree. If there are more changes coming Thursday/Friday/Monday/whatever... the respec could still be a week off as they phase in changes. |

I'm guessing that if we don't see a new extended downtime message for the 22nd posted by downtime then probably not.
Fingers crossed I'm hoping they start rolling out the changes tonight.
Although I doubt anyone will be getting their requested respec after downtime. |

Inner cynic agrees with Another Heavy SOB.
Seeing how this was set for Tuesday, then moved back a day at the last minute implies something had gone wrong. If that same problem persists and no clear solution is present then no one knows when it will be. |
