We also recived a respec on the transition from open beta to comerscial release and all our assets were refunded to us. Will we have our assets returned to us this respec as well?

EDIT: Also, it effects all characters on a single account. It doesn't necessarily affect all characters on a single account as you can specify to only have the respec apply to certain characters. By default all characters on the account will be affected though if you don't say otherwise.
