So after trying to get caught up on Uprising and PC and reading about all the drama and whatnot
I started thinking about corporations specializing in PvP, espionage, PvE (soonTM?) etc.
I imagine this will happen eventually but I'm wondering what you all think?
How will specialized corps fair in general? In alliances?
How do you think those that spec into non PvP will be treated?
What about corps that spec into vehicles only?
...Sniper companies?
Obviously this is all theoretical until a contract market or something like that is in place...

I took a few months off of the game and forums so...

Well, Khal, here's the thing and I think you've got a good idea there but I like to think things from a little bit of a different angle so to speak. I mean, when you are creating that corp I think it's important to realise first what you want to do and achieve, man. Once you know that, then you just have to figure out how to get there. In other words I wouldn't think about what to specialise into, I'd be thinking about what kind of advantages and disadvantages it brings. And that's the beautiful thing about New Eden: You decide what you're gonna do and how. |

Niche corps will be big when the game has more options of suit and weapons. As it is right now we just want to shoot other mercs in the face but it will evolve into much more. |

I've considered an entire corp exclusively made up of Shotgun primaries.
All lonewolfs, no mics, just a bunch of BAMF kamikazes - for hire. |
