So, apparently I missed the part where they changed it from +3% dmg/lvl to +1% dmg/lvl? When did this occur? Could have sworn it was +3% on uprising launch.....

very shneaky. So we basically just traded away 10% dmg for 10% resistance, while av gained 10% dmg and lost....???

agreed. I feel for my tanker brethren in caldari HAVs. I rarely see a caldari tank beat a gallente tank in this build (not talking about railguns, railguns gunna railgun), despite what seems like a good amount of threads stating the opposite. Glad I switched to armor with uprising. |

Yeahh its all about armor tanking. Let Large Hybrids keep their damage and make armor tanks better in all aspect in tanking. Then nerf the sheild tanks counter to armor tanks and BAM! Balance |

The decrease of dmg/lvl was for all turret operation skills. Hybrid and missile, large and small.
