Proposed Grim Business Model
In life when all things are said and done, the only thing left is your name. My name is Captain Africa.
IGÇÖve been an Eve player for nearly four years, the first two years I was fortunate enough to plough all my energy into New Eden. I formed my corp Grim March and within the first year formed an alliance called Grim Enterprises. We grinded Grim into a coalition and managed to secure 0.0 space for a few months only to lose it all to a big ass alliance called Atlas. My alliance was falling apart due to burned out players with only a few core members left in Grim March. Two solid years of work down the pipe! The fate of most corporations........... this is New Eden after all, what do you expect.
Grim March leadership had a reputation of being fair and trustworthy, a commodity in Eve you canGÇÖt buy with ISK. This enabled us to slowly build up from the ground again and we joined SMA alliance which is part of the CFC coalition . Today we're a null sec corporation with good ties and relations all over New Eden.
Man I just love Dust ! Been playing the game since CCP moved Dust to Tranquillity. We managed to recruit about 200 mercs and out of those Grim have about 60-80 solid Mercs.
In New Eden, you have to do extraordinary things to be extraordinary....so lets get going.
Think itGÇÖs time we make a stand and work together.
My proposal and business model:
1. Your corporation joins Grim March .
2. Your corporation becomes a UNIT in Grim March and you are the unit leader of that UNIT (Yes they will always be YOUR crew and any new members you or your team recruits stays in your unit/s).
3. All CEOGÇ¥s titles changes to Unit leaders and all unit leaders have a Corporation Counsel Seat in Grim. For every ACTIVE UNIT in Grim you will have 100 shares in Grim March.
4. Your UNIT and its members will carry Your Corporation Name. Every Merc Member will carry Your Corp Brand on their title together with their ranks.
5. The unit leader will manage and control their units consisting of 18 Mercs (two full squads of 6 players each and one of 4 players per squad).The amount of Units you want in Grim March depends on the unit leader.
6. Due to Grim March being an Eve corporation we will be able to administer your unit/corporation a lot more effectively, you just have to instruct the admin department via in game mail.
7. Every Unit will GÇ£ownGÇ¥ an area on a planet and yes AS GRIM MARCH we will fight for them !
8. The total income these planet areas generate will be divided between the units. This will incentivise each unit to fight for all Grim owned areas. If Grim loses an area we all lose on our bottom-line.
9. Dividends will be paid out to each Unit Leader at the end of each month. He then will distribute to his unit/corp.
The process very simple ,
1. You send me a list of all your corp members that will join Grim March.
2. Evryone in your corp leaves and joins Grim March.
3. Your corp list gets verified and you receive your shares if you have 18 or more members.
4. Your Unit/Corp Name get assigned to you.
Remember if you donGÇÖt have 18 active members you still qualify to join Grim March and start a Unit. Once you have 18 members you will receive your shares and dividends form areas on planets.
These Dust planet dividends is small change to me , what I am after is the complete Dust experience and I hope , with your buy in we could use this business model and together Kick Some Major League Corps in the face!!
