During today's downtime we will apply following changes:

Increase in Scout LAV hitpoints
Fixed bug where the vehicle camera snaps back to its original position after lock on which can result in immediately losing the lock
Increased shield bonus of militia heavy shield extender BPO to be consistent with BPC
Changed the CPU cost of the militia shield recharger BPO so that is consistent with the BPC
Adjusted gravity and suspension settings for LAVs
Reduced skill costs and level requirements for various vehicle skills
Lowered SP cost multiplier of basic frames from x6 to x4 and role suits from x10 to x8 (players that have spent their SP on these skills previously will get their excess SP back to their unallocated pool)
Reduced unlock level of role suits from level 5 to level 3 of specific race frame skill
Corrected Amarr Sentinel cost multiplier

Skill Changes

Considering today's changes during downtime it seems were getting our OPTIONAL respec as well:

The changes in the skills both affect vehicles and dropsuits! So, why go all the trouble to petition for a respec when it affects everyone and not just vehicle users?

Case in point, People who maxed out basic frame to unlock Racial suits when it has been lowered from 5 to 3 now.

CCP, just go ahead and do a full respec for everyone.

Does this mean we can open our tickets on the subject now?

But... but what about the people complaining that they planned things out perfectly and don't want to have to re-allocate all their SP even though they planned it so well and already know how to do it exactly how they want it and won't take more than a few minutes to repeat the process?

SOMEONE THINK OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE BARELY AFFECTED INSTEAD OF ALL THE PEOPLE GETTING SOMETHING USEFUL!

Wait, no. Kitten them. Let the people who are minimally inconvenienced deal with a minor inconvenience instead of forcing the heavily-impacted players who aren't on the forums to deal with lasting problems as a result of this.
