in this post you stated that "Lowered SP cost multiplier of basic frames from x6 to x4 and role suits from x10 to x8" so what happens if we have trained these skills will we get an SP refund ? as i presume they will now cost less SP to train?

It is happening on 21st (edited away) and you get your excess sp refunded to unallocated pool (also edited to explain, refresh that thread) |

Does this means i need to have "Caldari Medium" to level 3 (instead of 5) to get Caldari Assault ? |

they pulled a ninja edit and changed the Date from the 20th to the 21st.

It makes me wonder if you can get just get to Medium 3... then take the others to V (Logi or Assault) while ignoring Medium the rest of the way. After all, Medium has no passives or other benefits to speak of... |

Based on my grasp of the english language....that's exactly what it means.
It used to take 4,974,720 SP to get to proto gear. Now it will take 2,760,960 SP. That's roughly a 2.2 Mill savings.
For those not in the now, CCP has been saying for weeks they are "reworking" the skill tree. As such, they are offering the ability to repsec your toon upon request. You must submit a ticket to CCP for your toon to serve this purpose.
The question here...is this the full rework of the skill tree? I hope not. Engineering and Electronics SP reqs ARE TOO DAMN HIGH.
Though I'd like to see a more detailed "what'd you do to the tanks this time" before I have to go home and log on.

I have unlocked level 5 because it was required before.

If you didn't opt for the respec then the 'excess' sp will be reallocated to the unused sp. |
