ISK transfer can be a dodgy game at present. The easiest way to do it is to create a corp and add the to and from parties of the transfer to the corp, then use the corp wallet for the transfer.
Unfortunately, this requires the creation of a corp which will set you back about 1.5 million ISK. If you don't want to make a corp and are happy to trust the process I'm suggesting here, this is an option which is available to you.
I have a corp called "DUST 411" in which my alt, Anton Jarvis, is CEO. About once a day I will log into this alt and make the first applicant on the list a director of the corporation, then I'll log out.
It will be up to this person to apply to the corp as their alt or have the other party apply so that, as director, they can add ISK to the corp wallet and send it to the other party. After about five hours, their invitation to the corp will expire and I will eject all members of the corp, refund any ISK remaining in the wallet (if you suck at corp applications) back to the director, and wait for your stasis timer to end so someone else can use the corp.

I welcome anyone raising issues with this offer beyond "you might log back in and take the ISK" which is simply unavoidable at this stage and something people trying to transfer ISK will have to take into consideration.
If there are other attack vectors I need process to lock myself out of, let me know. My main focus is that the process be in the hands of the player making the transfer. |

+1 It does. I know. To my knowledge, unless you want to start a corp, there are no alternatives.
The offer is there and if people are too wary to use it, I advise their not using it. |

Quite true. I've been as open as I can about the possibility that I'm a jerk who wants to steal your spacebux.
I'm not that kind of jerk, though. Those who know this or just want to take it on faith are welcome to use my corp for ISK transfer. Those who are skeptical, I understand their position entirely and would be in the same boat if anyone else made the offer. |

Worth considering: I don't know how much ISK is being transferred because I am not logged into this corp during the process.
If I log on before the five hours are up, suspicion is more than warranted.
I have no reason to be checking how much ISK is in the wallet. Hopefully early adopters (if there are any, I'm skeptical) can testify that I remain out of the corporation while they are going about their transfer. |

I have both corps and characters available for moving ISK around and would be happy to assist people if needed to move ISK between corporations like that.
Either by a paying merc to join my corp and deposit ISK and the receiving merc joining and be given said isk, or I can join with my alt to get the ISK then apply to the next corp and deposit the ISK.
