That was a soma (Militia tank)
He's using at least adv nades... and im pretty sure someone else chucked a couple at it....
MLT tanks should not be able to take ADV gear its pretty simple actually...
Its hard to kill the higher better fit tanks... not as hard as most tankers would like im sure... but then my suit isnt as hard to kill as i would like it to be... |

If you watch it longer, he talks about regretting not bringing swarm launchers for the LAVs. That's how I kill them. Often. |

Also remember that the Marauder class has been temporarily removed. We're left with standard tanks that require HAV 1 and militia tanks that have no requirements.
We'll have our day. It may not be today, but tanks will rise again. |

If you look at 3:00, the LAV takes an AV grenade straight on and barely takes any damage.
Is that fair? |

Agree that that tank was a crap fit militia coffin. Funny how the starter LAVs were more of a problem. Lol. |

While I'm not a fan of current AV damage output, yeah, guy I've never seen before, in likely poorly fit, scrubby militia AUR tank, sitting perfectly still, with no active modules running, dying in 4 AV nades, 3 of which are advanced, isn't the best example. |

So what is wrong with vehicles is that a militia Gallente tank, the kind weakest to explosives, cannot soloroll a full squad in defensive positions with hive support and advanced level nades. I don't see the 'wrong' here. |

Why is it you believe you should be able to do it all. If your not running an av weapon, you shouldnt be able to practically solo a tank, and go on to murder infantry. Av nades should act as a tank repellent not a tank swatter. |

So... A weapon designed to counter vehicles acts more like an insect repellent?
Why not just use flux grenades for that purpose?
The tank took at least five grenades, from two different sources. I'm not surprised it blew up. |
