Yes, but additionally you have to send an essay to CCP stating no less than five reasons why you should get a respec with no less than 2000 words in length each.
Since i feel really creative at the moment i will happily, for a small ISK deposit of 10,000,000.00 write up this essay and send it on your behalf straight to CCP.
Quick now, respecs are limited to 200 per month. Be the first to make your deposit and i will add a free inscription to your essay. |

I'd be charging at least 20 million if someone wanted me to do it.
Then again, I've worked as a journalist and an editor in the past, so I put a higher value on my work (and am far more pretentious than I have any right to be). |
