Today I ordered the Veteran Pack. When I went to look at my assets, I had all the items but one... the Covenant Assault Rifle. Is there a way to get that into my inventory please? Thank you.

Yes... I got the Blood Raider Pack.
With the risk of really sounding like a Noob, where do I submit a ticket? I looked in game under Help but did not see anything that would resemble a problem submission function.

The original item listing was wrong apparently. Instead of a Covenant Assault Rifle, it was a Covenant Assault Suit.
Unfortunately for them, they're stupidly didn't update their post HERE.... even after it was pointed out.

I, unfortunately, went off the posting on the forums when I bought this pack, so I was expecting the Assault Rifle. However, I guess I can live with the dropsuit. It does bother me a bit that this was not corrected; but then perhaps had I read the actual list before hitting ENTER, I would have seen the change. I do not like the idea of having to reread everything when I buy it, just to make sure what I think I am buying is actually what I wanted. So moral of the story is do not even trust CCP anymore. Oh well, now there is nothing left to trust [grins].
