Lost in this AWOX incident is the fact that a relevant command structure with "real powers" given to officers would bring this to an end. Shouldn't those in charge have the ability to address everyone/squad leaders, deactivate malfunctioning clones (kick people) prep a roster in advance and kick people from the War Room?
OF COURSE THEY SHOULD.
If anyone should have this ability its the PL/MCC Commander but the fact we don't have any sembalance of a command structure makes a 30 second problem, one that can last the entire match and cost you a district or 100M ISK.  ...non-guaranteed of course.
CCP, while I like the fact that we have players "enterprising" enough to turn mechanics inside out, we'd ALSO like the tools to counter this.
Grief University huh? I give them a 10 for entertainment and intrigue tho... |

The option to shoot the offenders clone prior to them getting kicked would also be nice. Death by Firing Squad!!! Or just plain old execution. |

I totally agree, though it leaves me with one question.
If the MCC Pilot is the PL, does that make the Eve player piloting the Warbarge the OIC? |

Makes sense to me. this is another way to connect the games, maybe the eve OIC player can have a tactical view of the battlefield with a certain module and drop assets.
we need commander roles to combat this kind of thing. I dont really mind the backstabbing, but it needs a counter not named HTFU. |

Technically this happened not long into Templar One. A merc went nuts and so was deactivated by command. |

As pointed out to me by an ally, the only solution MAY be to keep one finger on the "Kick from Corp" option when you see suspicious activity until we have more options from a leadership standpoint.
Not certain if this will kick guys from the War Room tho. |
