If you want a Respec as its called, just email CCP, or open a ticket. Add you ID as well and you can have a Respec now.
You can also ask for an account Respec too and that resets everything including you AUR.... |

Yeah i have but i sitll haven't been messaged back and supposidly were supposed to wait till after the new skill tree, but when is that going to be? |

CCP states they should happen shortly after the Skill cost and subsequent SP reimbursement
That, unfortunately, is SOON*tm... so, who knows.
Not that I care. I spec'd perfectly into what I want and am only looking at cost reimbursement to continue on the lines I've already set up.
But I know most players probably weren't that fortunate.

Character Respec refunds all isk spent on skill books and SP spent.
Account Reset restores account to 500 SP, wipes inventory, and restores all Aurum spent.
Big difference- know what you are requesting. |

There have been several people, including a dev and at least 2 CPM members (might be more that I haven't seen) who have confirmed more info will be available by the end of this month.
Not sure if that means it'll be happening before end of month, or just that we'll know when it's going to happen, but it's still better than SOONGäó |

Good for you, some of us had our skill descriptions 500% off from what they did when we spent 5 levels in it, or dumped all SP into a build around those things.
