I fight for Amarr, being that I chose Amarr, but I've yet to be in a match where Amarr even had the chance to win. Either the enemy team, despite being comprised of entirely random corps, organizes to a degree one only expects in planetary conquest, or the Amarr side is practically a no show. This is getting more than a little annoying as it means I'm doing nothing for my race in Dust no matter how much I'm actually doing. Is there some Dust-wide animosity towards the Amarr? |

funny. i've been telling everyone, minmatar = the sver of dust 514.
that is, all the good players jump on minmatar's team because they have the most badass lore.
slavers sticking it to the man? it's django unchained up in here!
i've gone like 18/20 so far in faction warfare matches as minmatar. and only minmatar.
the only 2 losses were against 2 stacked squads of subdreddit.
...
then i bitched at them afterwards in their chat channel,
condeming them for supporting slavery while purporting to be a communist organization.

I purely represent Amarr because the Minmatar deserve to be enslaved by the glourious Empress Jamyl.
I honestly can understand how people would want to play as the ugliest suits in the game with the lamest Slave Uprising background in the history of ....ever.....
More important that that everything Amarri is so amazingly pretty.
I swear I saw a thread a few weeks ago for Amarr faction Warfarers to squad up and going skinning minmatar trash. |

hah, I'm a MERCENARY. the minmatar's checks clear and their win record presents the least chance of hurting my bottom line. maybe you slavers get off your lazy asses every once in a while, work on your gun game and maybe your piddly little slaves won't be pushin' ya around. at this point, they're gonna reverse that whole slavery thing when they take the last o' your lands away. |

I fought for the Amarr for a few matches which were met with great hilariousness of people yelling things over the comms on the first day of Uprising.
I haven't laughed since, and my KDR will never be the same. |

The Amar only fight because their god doesn't care about them.
The Minmatar fight for freedom and vengeance. Anyone who's good fights for the Minmatar. I'm not a big fan of redlining the other team, but when the other team is a group of Amar scrubs, it just feels right.

I play Gallente. The Gallente v. Caldari conflict, we tend to win in space, but we tend to lose on the ground. So whenever I can, I join a Minmatar team, since they're allies with the Gallente anyway. |

Seeing how the Minmatar aren't able to get a functioning form of government and are constantly infighting about who's boss, they can only be glad Amarr tries to 're-educate' the tribes.
It's really too bad some Amarr don't give the Minmatar the respect they deserve, but that is what hearing 'you are the best thing alive' all your life does to ones worldview.
That said;
I like to play Minmatar and Caldari in FW, but it seems both sides win about as much as they lose. |

Then you would properly call yoursefl Ammatar. Ammatar is a faction of members of the Minmatar race who support the Amarr. They are based primarly in the Derelik region (which by the way came close to beating out Molden Heath as the home of PC). |

The Minmatar hate the Amarr for being slavers.
The Gallente hate the Amarr for being slavers.
The Caldari allied with the Amarr but secretly hate them for being bad at Mindclash. |
