I'm quite curious as to how many of you actually plan on staying in the DUST Universe. What i want you to do is, calculate how many days/months/years you actually plan on playing this & not because of the game drought that's going on currently. Really if you're posting here to stir this post up & not contribute statistics to this games success demise then leave. Post the number of Days / Months/ Years you could possibly see yourself playing this one game?
Take my number for example > 16 days & 6 months. |

Well i mean how many days could you see yourself playing DUST in rows of months & years. If you leave here & there, calculate for how long. If it's not anywhere past a month or year, then there's no need to mention it. But sure after 6 months i might come back in another 6 months if i get tired of MGS for PS4. |

Honestly, not much longer. I'll keep my character of course, and check in on it every now and again, but in the back of my head it still feels insulting on some level to know that I'm grinding in a FPS with sluggish mechanics only to build skills to earn the ability to play with the proper mechanics. This game got me really interested in the books, which I still read, and EVE online, which I stillpplay. But I think I'm done for a while. Destiny looks sweet though, and I wish more people were playing Blacklight: Tango Down or Section 8. |

Considering how the game keeps getting better, I would say I will play steadily as long as the servers are up. Same as with EVE. |

CCP has a long way to go, but I am going to be there every step of the way. I love what they are trying to do .
I hope they can pull it off. They could possibly #1 sci-fi place to run to one day. |

That's the gist of it. Don't like Dust now? Wait a year and see how it's improved. It's not like a game where you'll exhaust the content and sell it. You don't sell it, and the content keeps growing and becoming more refined. Why should I ever stop? |

What is this "game drought" you speak of?
Defiance came out last month and, despite what the Dust Fanboys would have you believe, its actually pretty good. Before that was Tomb Raider. Grid 2 and The Last of Us will be out in the coming weeks. Remember Me and Dark may be hits or misses, but then GTA 5 is on the horrizon. Then the fall lets loose with AC4 and Beyond Two Souls, and something actually worth buying the Wii U for from Nintendo - although who knows what that will be, and then two new game consoles and Watch Dogs.
Let the flood begin... |

I am saving up money for a list of games in the Summer (probably watch dogs, the last of us, Bioshock infinite and COD Ghosts).
Right now I am trying to slowly phase out of playing Dust. I am trying to reconnect with my old clan from MW3 and Black Ops 2. Might even go CS:GO. Though, I want to spend money wisely. |

Such as dying?
While I won't let this game interrupt my day-to-day life, I can see myself playing this game for as long as CCP allows this game to exist. |
